Patricia Muth Leadership Award for Middle School Students
On an annual basis, the CFSC Board may select a Club Member to receive the Patricia Muth Leadership Award. In making its selection, the Board shall consider the following criteria: Honor, Civility, Leadership, Teamwork, Sportsmanship, Respect, Active engagement in Club activities.
Nominations may be submitted to the Board by any CFSC member family.
The Award is presented in the spring
The award includes a $250 gift sponsored by Jadestone Clinical Research
The recipient must be a Full Member of CFSC
The recipient must be a middle school student
