Summer Ice begins at Piney Orchard on Mondays and Wednesdays

Presented by Dr. Dani Viola, this hour-long off-ice seminar will cover injury prevention for figure skaters, the importance of warming up before practice on the ice, and a gradual training progression

Adult seminar: 3:00-4:00

Youth seminar: 4:30-5:30
