We are excited to announce another excellent short seminar, “The Injury Prevention Seminar," by Dr. Dani Viola
Does your athlete warm up and cool down before and after each practice?
If the answer is no, this is the seminar for you.
If the answer is yes, this is also for you!
This hour-long off-ice seminar will cover injury prevention for figure skaters, the importance of warming up before practice on the ice, and a gradual training progression. Dr. Dani Viola will lead this seminar. Dani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and represents Team USA in Capital Theatre on Ice! The seminar fee is $30 and will cover the entire family( or "both the skater and a parent), as we encourage a parent or guardian to participate in the seminar with their skater.
